Hey, so.

Our household's car just got repossessed, with a fair amount of our belongings in it.

Our partner's mom thought she had been less behind than she was, and they came IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT without leaving a note or contacting her or trying to talk to anyone at all. They took her wallet, her purse (meaning all of her cash and cards,) 90% of the supplies she needs for her gig work, and a fuck ton of various other belongings including some luxury items and sentimental items.

She was everyone in the household's ride to work, doctor appointments, and literally anything else that needed to happen (including etsy packages I need to send out by tonight)

She needs to pay $2000 to get her car back.

She can't get anybody in the house to work OR get herself to work (she's a chauffer and gig worker) without it. There is not public transport near us.
